iOrdering & Payment

How do I place an order?+

Browse our collection, add items to your bag, click "Proceed to Checkout", fill in your delivery details, choose your payment method (UPI or COD), and place your order. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and any other UPI app) and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders carry a ₹49 handling fee.

Is my payment secure?+

Yes. All UPI payments are processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, MMADPay. We do not store any card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. Our website uses HTTPS encryption throughout.

Can I use a promo code?+

Yes! Enter your promo code at checkout. Try WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order (above ₹499), FLAT100 for ₹100 off (above ₹999), or CRAFTED15 for 15% off (above ₹1499).

Can I cancel or modify my order?+

Yes, before the order is shipped. Contact us immediately at support@craftedfabrics.shop or +91 74006 49227. Once shipped, you may return the item after delivery.

iiShipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?+

Standard delivery is 5-9 business days from order confirmation. Metro cities receive in 4-6 days, while remote areas may take up to 12 days. You'll receive a tracking link once shipped.

What are the shipping charges?+

Shipping is ₹79 for orders below ₹999, and FREE for orders ₹999 and above. COD orders carry an additional ₹49 handling fee.

How can I track my order?+

Visit craftedfabrics.shop/track-order.php and enter your order number. You'll also receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?+

Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is planned for the future — write to us if you'd like to be notified.

What if no one is home for delivery?+

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. You can also contact the courier directly using the tracking link to reschedule a convenient time.

What is your return policy?+

We offer a 7-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.

How do I initiate a return?+

Email support@craftedfabrics.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number, product details, and reason. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with pickup details.

How long do refunds take?+

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. UPI refunds are typically faster (5-7 days).

I received a damaged or wrong product. What now?+

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Can I exchange for a different size?+

Yes, subject to availability and within the 7-day return window. Email us your order number and the requested size and we'll initiate the exchange.

How do I choose the right size?+

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend taking your body measurements and comparing them with the size chart. If unsure, contact our support team for personalised guidance.

Are the product colours accurate?+

We make every effort to display colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or fabric texture. If you receive a significantly different colour, please contact us within 48 hours.

Are products restocked?+

Popular items are restocked when possible. Sold-out products may or may not be restocked depending on availability with our suppliers. You can subscribe to our newsletter to get notified about restocks and new arrivals.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?+

Yes — for bulk orders or wholesale inquiries, please email support@craftedfabrics.shop with your requirements and we'll get back to you with pricing.

vAccount & Privacy

Do I need an account to order?+

No. You can place orders as a guest by providing your delivery details at checkout. Your order can be tracked using the order number sent to your email.

How is my personal data protected?+

We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. Read our full Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

How do I delete my personal data?+

Email grievance@craftedfabrics.shop with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
