1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
• You will use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax)
• We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice
• Product images and colours are displayed as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to display settings, lighting, or fabric texture
• In case of any pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order with a full refund
• All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities per order

3. Order Placement & Acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs only when we send order confirmation
• We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraud, restricted delivery location, or violation of Terms
• Order confirmation emails will be sent to the registered email address; please ensure accuracy at checkout
• You are responsible for providing correct contact and shipping details. We are not liable for orders affected by incorrect information

4. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and any other UPI app) and Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹49 per order
• All UPI payments are processed through our secure payment partner, MMADPay (PCI-DSS compliant)
• We do not store any payment card or UPI credentials
• In case of payment failure, your order will remain pending until payment is confirmed or cancelled

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time: 5-9 business days from order confirmation
• Shipping charge: ₹79 for orders below ₹999; FREE for orders ₹999 and above
• Delivery is available across India (subject to pincode serviceability)
• Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the address provided

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to our detailed Refund & Returns Policy. Key terms:

• Return window: 7 days from delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Customised, innerwear, and final-sale items are non-returnable

7. User Account & Conduct

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, hacking, copyright infringement, harassment, or distribution of malware
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, product descriptions, and software — is the property of CRAFTED FABRICS & CO or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission
• The "Crafted Fabrics" name and logo are trademarks of CRAFTED FABRICS & CO

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRAFTED FABRICS & CO and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Damages arising from delivery delays, product variations, or third-party services (logistics, payment gateways)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRAFTED FABRICS & CO from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, internet failures, or war.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, DPDP Act 2023, and relevant Indian laws shall apply.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
