At Crafted Fabrics, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided:
- The product is in its original, unused, unwashed condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The product is not on the non-returnable list (see Section 3)
- You have the original invoice or order confirmation
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@craftedfabrics.shop or WhatsApp +91 74006 49227
- Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return
- Attach clear photos of the product (especially if damaged or defective)
- We will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorisation and pickup details
- For reverse pickup-eligible pincodes, our courier partner will collect the product
- For non-serviceable pincodes, you may need to self-ship to our return address (we will reimburse standard shipping)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made, altered, or personalised items
- Items marked as "Final Sale", "Clearance", or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Used, washed, or damaged items (unless damage was on receipt)
- Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day window
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
- We will arrange a free reverse pickup and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
- For visibly damaged packaging, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the courier's delivery sheet
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Refund timelines are calculated from the date of return receipt and approval at our warehouse. Delays from your bank's side are outside our control.
Note: Shipping charges (₹79) and COD handling fees (₹49) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange for size or colour issues within the 7-day return window, subject to:
- Product availability in the requested variant
- The product being eligible for return (see Section 1)
- For exchanges, the customer bears courier charges unless the exchange is due to our error
If the requested variant is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
7. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or phone
- Cancellation requests after shipping cannot be entertained; you may return the item once received
- If you cancel a prepaid order before shipping, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable delivery addresses
