Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India through reliable courier partners. This policy explains shipping timelines, charges, and what to expect after placing your order.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same or next business day
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped
• Custom-made or pre-order items may take longer; this will be clearly mentioned on the product page

2. Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are estimates from dispatch. Delays caused by weather, courier partner issues, government restrictions, or force majeure are beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link and AWB number
• You can also track your order any time at craftedfabrics.shop/track-order.php using your order number
• For real-time tracking, click the tracking link to be redirected to the courier partner's portal

5. Payment Options at Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across most pincodes. ₹49 handling fee applies. Please keep exact change ready
• UPI Pre-paid: Free of any handling fees and processed faster

6. Pincode Serviceability

We serve over 25,000+ pincodes across India through our courier partners. Serviceability is checked at checkout based on the pincode you enter. If your area is non-serviceable for COD, please choose UPI pre-paid.

7. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts

• Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2-3 times before marking an order as undelivered
• If the package is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at the doorstep, additional re-shipping charges may apply
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the courier's sheet
• Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or refund
• Lost packages (in-transit) are covered fully; we will issue a replacement or refund after a courier investigation

9. International Shipping

Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is not available yet but will be introduced soon. For bulk or international inquiries, please contact support@craftedfabrics.shop.
